Your privacy is extremely important to us. Our Privacy Policy details how your information is used when you use our services, and it’s part of these Terms, so please make sure you read it.
3. Content
You are responsible for the content you post on InterestMate. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our community guidelines or infringes any laws or regulations.
4. Data Charges and Mobile Phones
You are responsible for any mobile charges that you may incur for using our services, including text messaging and data charges. If you’re unsure what those charges may be, you should ask your service provider before using the services.
5. Safety
We do our best to keep InterestMate safe, but we cannot guarantee it. We need your help to keep InterestMate safe, which includes the following commitments by you:
- You will not post unauthorized commercial communications (such as spam) on InterestMate.
- You will not collect users’ content or information, or otherwise access InterestMate, using automated means (such as harvesting bots, robots, spiders, or scrapers) without our prior permission.
- You will not bully, intimidate, or harass any user.
- You will not use InterestMate to do anything unlawful, misleading, malicious, or discriminatory.
6. Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to breaches of our community guidelines, the law, or these Terms.
7. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The changes will not be retroactive, and the most current version of the Terms will govern our relationship with you.
8. Limitation of Liability
InterestMate will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
